Originally trained in Suffolk, England with further culinary education at Ballymaloe Cookery School, Ireland - I am passionate about well thought out menus which are tailored to the seasons. I love working with the best quality produce and I have spent time building a good relationship with local suppliers. I endeavour to maintain an intimate and personalised feel to my cooking.
